Policies and Ordering Information

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

Logos and Graphics:

Please provide all artwork in a vector format saved in Adobe Illustrator or a Corel Draw file. (acceptable formats include .cdr, .ai, or .eps.)

Please send all graphics in black and white.

Please provide all fonts used or convert all fonts to curves or outlines.

Please make sure your artwork doesn’t include embedded or linked objects.

Brower Creek can redraw your logo for a one-time fee of $25. We’ll keep it on file so you can use it on subsequent orders.

Full color items:

Pictures, artwork, and logos that are to be used on full color items need to be high quality .jpg, .png, or .gif files. Each image needs to be around 300 dpi for best results. The larger file, the better!

Sending Graphics:

Please send your graphics, artwork or pictures to: info@browercreek.com or use the upload button on the checkout page. Also, include your order number on each communication with us.

Engraving Info:

Please be sure to check all spelling, spacing, and message. We will size it to fit the award and email you a proof. Once you have accepted the proof, we will do the personalization.

Processing Time:

Most of our products will ship 3-4 days after the final approval of the graphics.

Payment Method:

Brower Creek uses PayPal for processing payments. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card on their site to make payment. It’s easy, fast, and secure.

Please Note:

Custom, engraved, and sublimated merchandise may not be canceled, returned, changed, or exchanged after we receive final approval for the product.
